Ms. Nora Martirosyan

Project Director of Sustainable Urban Development Investment Program

Ms. Nora Martirosyan has over 10 years of work experience in the sphere of governmental and international organizations. Since 2007 Nora has been involved in major construction projects implemented in RA and financed by various donor organizations. Prior to heading the Sustainable Urban Development Investment Program as a Project Director, Nora was General Counsel (2007-2012) of the Millennium Challenge Account-Armenia SNCO and afterwards headed the Millennium Challenge Account-Armenia Project in the Foreign Financing Projects Management Center SI (2012-2013). Nora received her first diploma in Jurisprudence in 2003 from the Yerevan State University. She received a Master’s degree in (LLM) Jurisprudence in 2005. She has participated in different academic and professional training programs, including the following: the Practical Use of the FIDIC Contracts at an International Contracts Training Course held by MCC (2008, Tbilisi, Georgia), Workshop for the Management Staff of Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Programs Implementing Units held by MCC University (2008, Washington DC, USA), Capacity Building Program on Successful Project Management and Implementation held by the Asian Development Bank (2013, Manila, Philippines). Ms. Martirosyan has been a member of Chamber of Advocates of RA since 2008.
