Senior Project Officer, ADB Armenia Resident Mission

Gohar Mousaelyan has been working as Senior Project Officer at the ADB Armenia Resident Mission since 2008. Before joining ADB, Gohar worked at the Millennium Challenge-Armenia program as a procurement specialist. She has more than ten years of experience in procurement and more than 5 years of experience in project management. In April 2014 she became certified in Project Management Professional (PMP). Since joining ADB, Gohar has participated in many international workshops and conferences on various aspects of project management.
